While the holidays are a time for celebration and togetherness, they can also be a source of significant stress. In this workshop, participants review the main causes of holiday stress and explore steps for handling them. Participants will leave the workshop with powerful insights and techniques for navigating the holidays with greater calm and joy. ​This session is a great way to help teams kick off the holiday season and pairs beautifully with other festive activities.

Hello, New Year!

Intended audience: Anyone

During this workshop, participants explore an alternative to the worn-out "New Year's resolutions" approach and learn how to set the new year up to be one of purpose and fulfillment. They discover the power of bidding farewell to the old year and saying hello to the new one with gratitude, wisdom, intention, and joy. â€‹â€‹This session is a wonderful opportunity to help your team get into the holiday spirit or start the new year off on an empowered and positive note. It also can be paired with other festive activities. ​
